Whether you are training for an event such as Hyrox, focusing on your mental health and wellbeing, or simply looking to improve your fitness without the cost of one-to-one Personal Training, our small group sessions provide tailored guidance in a supportive, motivating environment.
Sessions are capped to keep coaching personal and effective. You will receive individual attention, clear progression, and coaching adapted to your ability, all while training alongside others who share similar goals. This balance of community and personalised support is where many people see their biggest progress.
Training takes place in our private Thrive spaces, with sessions designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and boost confidence. Expect structured programming that challenges you appropriately and helps you feel stronger, fitter, and more capable, both physically and mentally.
Membership options
£80 per month for two Small Group PT sessions per week
£160 per month for four Small Group PT sessions per week
