Our 2 Week Pass gives you the time and space to properly experience how training at Thrive at the Farm feels, without pressure or long term commitment.
For £25, you’ll have 14 days to explore our sessions, our coaches, and our environment, and see how structured movement can support both your body and mind. With unlimited class credits included, you can train at your own pace, try different styles of sessions, and discover what works best for you.

Small Group PT Sessions with Andrew and Josh

Small Group Personal Training at Thrive at the Farm gives you the structure, coaching, and accountability most people are missing in their training. It combines the personal attention of 1 to 1 coaching with the motivation and energy of training alongside others, without the premium price tag. You train in small, capped groups led by experienced coaches who take the time to understand your goals, monitor your progress, and coach you properly, not just count reps.
