It’s the perfect entry point for those new to the format or for anyone looking for a solid conditioning session that won't leave them totally redlined.

We’ve dialed up the intensity and extended the clock to push your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. If you're looking for a casual sweat, this isn't it—but if you're looking to dominate your next event or break through a plateau, you're in the right place.
